Our A/C decided to stop working at 6:00 PM on a Friday night. I called, and Riley called me back and immediately sent Brad over. He was here in an hour and fixed our unit. I was referred to Red Rock after two other big name HVAC companies were dishonest, $$$, and just plain incompetent. I spoke with Riley and he had his tech, Brad, out here swiftly. Brad fixed the issue, was straight forward and honest, and didn't price gouge us. At this point Red Rock has installed 2 new AC units for my family in the area over the years and 2 for me personally this week. The team is incredible, responsive, very knowledgeable, impeccable work and honest pricing. I had two new AC heat pumps installed. Crew was at my home ready to work at 5am. They work hard, they work fast, and their attention to details is noticeable. For the huge amount of work this project was, the team was respectful of me, my home, property and pets. They kept the areas very clean while getting their work done. Protected all the floors and furniture while keeping doors with pets closed. The owner recommended a Dust Free Active product since I have 4 dogs and 4 cats and personally have asthma/allergies. Within 2 hours of the new system coming online I could feel a positive change in my breathing. The air feels cleaner and smells fresher. I wouldn't have known about this if the owner was just trying to sell me a new unit. He listened to what I was saying my home and mentioned things (no pressure) that may be helpful to me and my family. Very pleased with the work that was completed, and I would for sure call Red Rock Refrigeration for anything HVAC related. Called on Fathers day and they answered quickly. Given the choice of coming over within 2 hours on Fathers Day for OT time or waiting for regular time I chose regular time since I have another unit that worked. Crazy nice that they were available and I completely understood the OT time /pay on a Sunday/Holiday. Riley was over at 6:30AM, quickly assessed the issue, fixed the issue and done. Quick, honest and reliable. They also do Commercial so I will be calling on them for work at my business as well. I asked locals in the Vistancia area for recommendations and Red Rock came up time after time. Spoke with Riley on the phone yesterday and he diagnosed my issues over the phone for free. Considering I had no idea what I was doing, I was not able to resolve the issue on my own, so he promptly came out the following day. Super fast and the price was beyond fair!!!
